1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any services provided by 111jl (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities. • Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these terms.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the Platform. Users attempting to access the Platform from outside the Philippines may be restricted or denied access.
• Account Uniqueness: You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or fraudulent information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Compliance with Laws: You must not be prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, regional, and national laws applicable to your gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to:

111jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

3.2 Account Verification

As part of our compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 111jl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, and source of funds. Verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests or at any time deemed necessary by 111jl.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

4.1 Deposits

111jl accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20). All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Funds must originate from legitimate sources. 111jl reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may refuse or return deposits suspected of being proceeds of illegal activity.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
• 111jl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawal requests can be processed.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements or bonus conditions before withdrawing bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses.
• 111jl processes withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes to forty-eight (48) hours, depending on the payment method and verification status.
• 111jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, which may vary based on account status, verification level, and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees may apply.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to random number generator (RNG) certification to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. 111jl does not control or influence game results. Players agree to:

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, 111jl reserves the right to void affected bets, cancel game rounds, and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Players will be notified of such incidents and resolutions in accordance with PAGCOR reporting requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

111jl may offer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer. General conditions include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specified criteria;
• Players may not claim the same bonus multiple times unless explicitly stated;

111jl does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risks, including the risk of financial loss, and you assume all such risks voluntarily.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

111jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and remaining account balance (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or amounts owed to 111jl.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. All outstanding wagering requirements must be met, and your account balance must be withdrawn or forfeited before account closure can be completed.

11. Modifications to Terms

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting 111jl customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 111jl is subject to regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by 111jl may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver
